Football player Velery from South Africa has just responded to backlash for his remarks on Itumelkeng Khune, a fellow player. Due to his lack of discipline, Itu, as he is affectionately known, was recently suspended from the Kaizer Chiefs.
Numerous reports state that Itunn reported for training while intoxicated, and that was recognized. He was suspended from the squad as well as stripped of his captaincy as a result of disciplinary action. Yes, that was a huge hit.
But as quickly became clear, he remained upbeat in spite of the punishment and continued working out on his own. He exposed himself while exercising in a video that was posted on his official Instagram profile. He also gave himself some motivation in the post’s caption.
After seeing the post, Valery made fun of Itu with it. Valery wrote, “Bro, can we have a drink before training tomorrow?” in the post’s comment section. A beer and laughing emojis came next. His reaction was viewed as humorous by some South Africans, but not by others.
Those who didn’t think it was hilarious said Valery was just Itu’s jealous. He refuted the accusation that he was envious, stating that he purchases presents for his child with the money he would have spent on pricey beer. He indulges in “cheap” beer.
