Former Kaizer Chiefs Player Jabu Mahlangu Slams Social Media Trolls

A former player for Kaizer Chiefs, Jabu Mahlangu, criticized his haters on social media and declared, “I don’t care anymore.”

Even though some of the biggest and most powerful people in the world may face harsh criticism on social media, some choose to ignore it. Jabu Mahlangu, a well-known football star, is one of those who refuses to be affected by trolls.

After learning of it recently, the former player responded to his detractors. Since they “assassinated his character” for something he did as a teenager, he claimed he no longer gives a damn about what they thought.

He also talked candidly about how people treat one another badly and how they frequently hold others accountable for their errors.

“I don’t care any more at this age, I am 43 years old. They assassinated my character from when I was 19 years old and my first season as a professional footballer — that’s how cruel people are.” Said Mahlangu.

“They did that based on the mistakes made by a young man who was 19. They expected me to live life like I am 43 years old, as I am now. It was not possible, but I have learnt from my mistakes and everyone has their own skeletons.”
