Clash of Titans: Phumlani Njilo Triumphs Over Big Zulu in Celebrity Boxing Match

Pietermaritzburg-based businessman Phumlani Njilo defeated well-known rapper Big Zulu in a highly anticipated celebrity boxing battle. Held at the Olive Convention Centre in Durban, the event attracted a sizable crowd that included well-known people like DJ Tira, Zakwe, and Hlengiwe Mhlaba. It was a display of entertainment and sportsmanship.

Big Zulu, real name Siyabonga Nene, declared with confidence that he would defeat Njilo by knockout before the fourth round of the fight. The rapper appeared to become frustrated with Njilo’s tactic of evasion and intermittent strikes, though, as the battle took an unexpected turn. Since then, the result of the match has generated controversy. Big Zulu has expressed his displeasure with the refereeing and has accused Njilo of using unfair methods.

Njilo, the CEO of Induduzo Bespoke Funerals and the brother of Faith Nketsi’s estranged spouse, Nzuzo Njilo, was thrilled with his win despite the match’s acrimonious character. He thanked Big Zulu for the hard fight and said that he was looking forward to competing against other famous people in the future.

Excitement was in the air as the event’s promoter, Dr. Hlula Dladla of Hlula Dladla Promotions, revealed that Big Zulu would be facing off against another celebrity, Cassper Nyovest. An experienced boxer for celebrities, Nyovest has faced off against actors and musicians NaakMusiQ and Slik Talk on YouTube, as well as Priddy Ugly.

Big Zulu is making his second appearance in the boxing ring after defeating Brian Dings in his first fight. Njilo, on the other hand, has an amazing record of six victories in seven fights and has four years of professional boxing experience.
