On a list of the best 5 rappers from South Africa, where would you rank Cassper Nyovest? Naturally, some would rank him in the top five, while others would rank him in the top ten. And still others would not even give him a mention. Haha.

A recent Mzansi X podcast host pointed out that Cassper Nyovest is one of the top 5 rappers in South Africa, which sparked a little controversy. He continued by saying that AKA was the one to rank Cassper among the top five artists in South African rap, which is where things become comical.

Someone took issue with some abruptly adding Cassper Nyovest to the list during the time they reconciled following what was reportedly a disagreement. This prompted Zingah to clarify that he was referring to the chat he had with the late artist “Touch My Blood,” not the screenshot of AKA endorsing Cassper’s skills as a rapper.
